Wild Magic (supports controllers)

Made in 48 hours for GMTK 2020, "Out of control" by:

The difficulty is out of control: practically everything kills you. Your ability is out of control. Every time you use it you get a random effect! Your character mobility is out of control. Jump in mid-air, off walls, jump into ceilings  repeatedly to hang from them. Jump/run along a wall to launch yourself into the air. 

I recommend playing with a PS4 or XBox controller. Just plug it in via USB :)

How to play

• You can jump once
• Touching any solid surface restores your jump (including walls, ceilings)
• You can hang off a wall by moving toward it in midair
• (Doesn't work) Your ability is RANDOM.
• a tip: touch a surface while moving then jump midair later (e.g., walk off a ledge then jump, bump the ceiling, then jump repeatedly to hang off the ceiling, jump repeatedly to run up a wall and gain momentum)

Keyboard Controls:

- wasd or arrows to move - Space to jump - j to shoot

PS4 Gamepad Controls:

- X to jump - Square to shoot

XBox Gamepad Controls:

- A to jump - X to shoot
